Questions

Straight answers.

Which system type do we need?

It depends on the space. Heated areas usually take wet pipe, unheated areas dry pipe, sensitive equipment pre-action and high hazards deluge. The recommendation follows your occupancy.

Can an older building be retrofitted?

Yes. The existing system and water supply are surveyed first, and the retrofit is designed around what is there.
